1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains what data is processed when you use the DreamAffirm mobile app (the "App"), how that data is used, and what rights you have.
DreamAffirm is a library of audio affirmations and meditations designed to help you relax, sleep, ease anxiety, and build a healthier sense of self.
The data controller is Big Cyber Group ("we," "us," or the "Controller"), registered at 71–75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
By using the App, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of it, please do not use the App and remove it from your device.
2. Our Core Principle: We Do Not Collect Your Personal Data
DreamAffirm is designed to work without collecting personal data:
The App has no sign-up and no user accounts. You don't need to provide a name, email, phone number, or any other information to use it.
All of your settings and listening data are stored locally on your device and are never sent to our servers.
We have no servers that collect information about you, and no built-in analytics that track your behavior.
The App shows no ads and uses no advertising identifiers (IDFA) for tracking.
The App does not request access to your location, contacts, photo library, microphone, calendar, or any other personal data on your device.
As a result, we as the Controller never receive or store any information that could identify you.
3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device
To make the App work, the following may be saved on your device (and only there):
App settings — for example, your chosen theme, language, or sleep timer preferences.
Favorites — the audio tracks you have marked as favorites.
Playback progress and history — which tracks you've listened to and where you left off, so you can pick up where you stopped.
Cached audio files — so tracks can play without a constant internet connection.
This data:
is stored in your device's local storage;
is never sent to us or shared with any third party;
is deleted when you remove the App from your device.
4. Data Collected by Apple
The App is distributed through the **Apple App Store**. Independently of our App, **Apple Inc.** may collect certain data at the platform level relating to the download, installation, and operation of apps — for example, aggregate download statistics, anonymized crash reports, performance data, and data associated with your Apple ID.
This data is collected and processed by Apple under its own privacy policy, not by us. We do not control this process and only have access to **anonymized, aggregate statistics** in App Store Connect (such as total download counts), which cannot identify any individual user.

5. Audio Content Delivery
Audio tracks may be downloaded over the network for playback and caching on your device. As with any internet connection, this involves a standard network request in which your device's IP address may technically be transmitted to the server delivering the content. We do not use your IP address to identify you, do not link it to your identity, and do not store it for profiling.
All data is transmitted over a secure HTTPS / TLS connection.
6. What We Do Not Collect
For the avoidance of doubt, the App does not collect:
your name, email, phone number, or passwords;
your location (neither in the foreground nor the background);
the contents of your address book, photo library, calendar, or microphone;
financial or payment data;
biometric or health data;
advertising identifiers (IDFA / IDFV) for advertising or cross-app tracking;
any data to be sold to third parties.
7. Legal Basis for Processing
Because the App does not collect personal data on the Controller's side, we do not, in practice, carry out any processing of personal data.
For settings stored locally on your device, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in the proper functioning of the App and in providing the functionality you requested by installing it.
For any data processed by Apple, the legal bases set out in Apple's privacy policy apply.
8. Sharing Data With Third Parties
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
The only party involved in distributing the App is Apple Inc. (delivery through the App Store and push notifications, where applicable). Such processing is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
9. International Data Transfers
Because we do not collect personal data, no international transfer of data takes place on our side. Any data processed by Apple may be transferred between countries in line with Apple's infrastructure and policies.
10. Data Retention
Local data (see Section 3) is stored on your device until you remove the App or clear its data through your operating system. We do not store any of your data on our side, so no retention period applies to us as the Controller.
11. Security
Content is delivered over a secure HTTPS / TLS connection.
Local data is kept in your device's standard protected storage, access to which is restricted by the operating system.
Because no personal data is stored on our servers, there is no risk of such data being leaked on our side.
Despite the measures we take, no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
12. Your Rights
Because we do not store any personal data that identifies you, we generally hold no data that we could provide, correct, or delete on your behalf.
You can, however, at any time:
Delete all local data by removing the App from your device or clearing its data through your operating system settings.
Contact us with any privacy question at the address in Section 15.
If you are in a jurisdiction that grants enhanced rights (such as the UK GDPR or EU GDPR), you may send us a request and we will respond within the period required by law (generally within 30 days). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office, or "ICO").
13. Children
The App contains calm content (affirmations, meditations, and sleep audio) and is not specifically directed at children. The App does not collect any personal data, including data from children.
The App is intended for individuals who are at least 13 years old. If you are a parent or guardian and have any questions, please contact us at the address in Section 15.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at:

We will notify you of any material changes through the App or on the policy page. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
