The client approached us with a comprehensive task of launching an online store based on the dropshipping model. Customers place orders through the website or mobile app, the product is shipped from another country, and delivered to the customer’s door at an optimal price. The main objective was to build a sustainable e-commerce model without the need to purchase or maintain inventory.

It was necessary to organize the daily collection of актуальные товаров from the main supplier website, translate them into the local language, and publish them in the online store with SEO optimization and currency conversion. At the same time, the store needed to be launched on a CMS platform, and a mobile application had to be developed for publication in the Apple Store and Google Play to simplify the purchasing process for users.

Through competitor analysis and user scenario research, an interface was created that allows customers to complete a purchase in just a few steps. It is also important to consider scalability when choosing the technology stack. The platform must be able to handle sudden traffic spikes while maintaining stability, usability, and competitive pricing — this is what creates strong brand positioning and forms the foundation for further growth.
